An architectural jewel

At one with nature. Yet distinctive.

A ensemble that focuses on the essential. Clearly defined lines stand in an appealing contrast to the surrounding soft rolling hills and the historic barn at the center of the new buildings. This rectilinearity accentuates without distinguishing too much. It also underlines the exposed site that offers panoramic views that are out of this world - all day long. Natural stones, glass and wood dominate on the exterior and are complemented by beautiful fair-faced concrete and walls that have a rough finish on the interior. A structure minted with timelessness.

Six living spaces. There are high ceilings in the well thought through rooms. The windows look out onto the private terrace and further behind that into the valley. A feeling of freedom and ease is generated. Individually placed accessories and handpicked designer furniture breathes life into these rooms. They are objects that skillfully combine reduction and sophistication. The project has been carried out by the Milanese designer and interior designer Nicola Gallizia in collaboration with the architect Wilfried Menz from Merano. Furnished by Molteni&C | Dada in cooperation with Gessi, Vitra, Penta and ECO Design. All of these elements shape the exclusive and inspiring living spaces.

Italian design

Stylish. Froward. Passionate.

Functionality and beauty combined harmonically. Every piece of furniture and every accessory tells a story. Like the table with the revealing name “Arc”, designed by Foster + Partners; or the armchair “Kensington” by Rodolfo Dordoni, which combines casual comfort with modern panache.
