The Arua lives up to its name. It’s a sanctuary for people who seek peace and quiet and is easily accessible. Only 10 minutes from the spa town of Merano. Bolzano, the provincial capital, is only 45 minutes away. Mountain passes, parks, museums, places of cultural interest and wineries are all in the immediate surroundings. Public transport, cable cars and chairlifts are at your disposal to reach your destinations.

You can see three nature parks from your terrace. Each of them with views of their majestic mountain peaks. The nature park Parco naturale Monte Corno with the Weiß- and Schwarzhorn mountains is directly in front of you. On your right there is the nature park Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio with South Tyrol’s highest peak, the Ortler. Behind the Arua the hillside reaches all the way up to the Mut peak, which is part of the Gruppo Tessa natural park.
