City tax:
For every person above the age of 14 years, there is a visitor’s tax of € 2.90 per person and night. This tax is not included in your final price and can only be paid on location.
Cancellation policy:
There is no right of withdrawal in terms of the consumer codex – but we still allow for the following cancellation conditions (notification following title III, title III, paragraph I, of the Consumer Protection Act (GvD 206/2005)“:
- Until up to 30 days prior to arrival: free cancellation
- 29-8 days prior to cancellation: 70 % of the full price
- 0-7 days prior to arrival, no-show or early departure: 90 % of the full price
We recommend you take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure:
Your villa will be ready for occupation starting 3 pm on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your villa by 10 am on your day of departure.
Dogs:
Only with advance notification. We only have the capacity to welcome two four legged guest per villa. For its stay we charge € 25.00 a day, food not included. We reserve the right to bill you with an extra cleaning fee, if necessary.
Cleaning:
The daily cleaning of the villas is included in the price. For the cleaning of the kitchen we charge a supplement of € 29.
All prices and indications have been thoroughly checked multiple times. Printing errors, mistakes and changes are subject to modification.
