Otto Mattivi’s Hidalgo restaurant is synonymous with passion for delicious food. Since 1980. It’s only a 20 min drive away from the Arua. Two restaurants. A culinary journey on the basis of exclusive regional produce. One is a barbeque restaurant that is also vegan conscious. The emphasis lies on fish and meat specialties from the grill. But also on vegetarian and vegan dishes. Have your pick: homemade pasta delicacies, Mediterranean antipasti and first courses, soups and salads or traditional South Tyrolean fare. Finish the night with a heavenly dessert from the in-house patisserie. The other restaurant is a specialty restaurant. It is like a ceremony for the most precious and delicious meats in the world: melt-in-your-mouth delicious and tender Wagyu and Kobe beef. A new level of beef tasting.
